Bringing digital products to offshore wind

I'm building wind farm optimisation and decision-making software for a consultancy that's new to digital products. We're using in-house AI to create a digital assistant unlike anything else in the sector, and a new product offering that takes the business into new markets. I built their website too.

Coursensu · Founder · 2023–2025

Founded, built and sold a learning design platform

I did everything: strategy, discovery, sales, and much of the build. Coursensu helps universities and L&D teams design courses visually, with AI support inside their LMS. We won customers with 3,000–10,000 staff, on a bootstrap budget that made every priority call count. Then I sold it.

Got a product team shipping every month

I rewrote the product strategy, cut the roadmap down to what mattered, and moved us from irregular releases to monthly ones. Delivery went up by half, and Sales and Customer Success could finally plan around it. I also managed a team of six PMs and designers.

Helped grow a 17M-learner platform to acquisition

I led a machine learning project across 200k+ learners that found segments 55% more likely to convert, and we reshaped the roadmap around them. That work fed the 5-year strategy and the story that supported the acquisition. I ran two product teams along the way.

Learning Circuits · Creator · 2004–now

Taught 3M+ kids about electricity, for free, for over 20 years

Tutorials, quizzes and a drag-and-drop circuit builder, online since 2004. It's now on its fourth rebuild: from Flash to HTML5, then no-code, and now AI-generated code.
